W.H.O.L.E. and Living Above Hurt Ministries have been serving our cities in need... transforming lives and communities in response to Christ's call. Your friends and neighbors support us through financial contributions as well as in-kind donations at our Live events and online events. 

Each gift we receive is appreciated and vital to furthering our mission to serve as God has called us to do. W.H.O.L.E. and Living Above Hurt Ministries are registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and your gifts are tax-deductible. You will receive proper tax receipts for your gift for use in tax preparation.

Monthly Giving - MUST Shepherd Program The MUST Shepherd program offers the opportunity for individuals to become a recurring MUST donor and ambassador. These recurring Shepherd donations provide MUST with a sustainable base of support that allows MUST to focus on providing food, shelter and clothing and the resources, counseling and training needed for employment and long-term self-sufficiency to those residents in north metro Atlanta who need it the most. Becoming a MUST Shepherd is easy - all you have to do is be a "monthly donor". On the donation page you can decide how much and how often you would like to donate, and have the flexibility of updating your profile at any time.

Church Donors Partnerships are the most effective way to break the cycle of silence that occurs where abuse is. W.H.O.L.E. and Living Above Hurt Ministries serve with churches, civic groups, businesses, non-profits, government agencies, foundations and individuals. We provide opportunities for your church to partner with us in your city or host an online event! there are many ways to help us near and far.   

Here are some ways your church can partner with us! 

• Pray - MUST has been a beacon of hope and a place of refuge for more than 40 years. This could not have been possible without community support. This goes beyond our generous donors and volunteers. Please join us in our mission to respond to Christ’s call by praying with us as a church family. 

• Participate -There are several opportunities and ideas that can get your church involved in serving their neighbors in need! 

• Put together a Take Back the Night Live Event! The Gobble Jog, MUST’s annual event raising more than $1,000,000 over the past eight years, is not only a great way to serve your community together as a church family, but also a great way to  stay in shape!

• Get Youth Involved - Mold the next generation into the generation of servant leaders! Youth groups can volunteer at live events. Teach the millennial generation how compassionate giving of your time and money can change your community. 

• Toy Shop- Volunteer at our Christmas Toy Shop as a group or donate toys! 

• Host A Month or Special Sunday- Partner with us by hosting a Month or a Special Sunday. Some ideas include, “Jersey Sunday,” and “Sock Hop.” Allow us to come in and talk about what we are doing in the community and help spread information about our services. 

• Volunteer at our live events- Help us provide prayer and support to men, women, children and families as a church group. We can use help with promotion of events, registration, welcoming the participants, and altar workers.

• Provide - We are so grateful to those community members, businesses and friends who continually donate food, funds, household items and clothing to help those in need. Help us transform lives by making a stand to give back! Become a Partner. This simple and flexible program gives you the opportunity to become a monthly donor. Partners consistent gifts provide a reliable source of funding that allows us to stay focused on serving our communities in need.

• Designate a special offering- Designate your special offering to WHOLE and Living Above Hurt Ministries and give back to your community!

• Host a Fundraiser - Host a fundraiser to raise funds for our cause. Hold a bake sale, yard sale or even a church Bar-b-que! The opportunities are endless!

• Make WHOLE and Living Above Hurt Ministries a budget line item in your church budget.

Corporate Donors Partnerships are extremely effective in assisting us to spread the word in the community by breaking the silence and cycles of abuse in the communities they serve. 

Through our WE MUST CARE program, our mission is to create a network of business partners that will support our mission, encourage other businesses to have meaningful community engagements and build new and deeper community bonds. We also like to reward Corporate Sponsors who have generously supported our efforts over the years by showing their logos and providing a link to their sites, as well as promoting our Take Back The Night Sponsors. 

Where Your Gifts Go 

It is our hope to follow the standards set by Charity Navigator, America's largest independent charity evaluator, provides free ratings of the Financial Health and Accountability & Transparency of thousands of charities. By their standards 14.5% or less is for Administrative and Fund raising expenses and 80% for program expenses. In 2014 we want to fall in accordance to this. 

We will post on our website our annual reports, because we do want to be transparent to those that donate to us. we want you to feel secure in your decision to support us. We are striving for excellence in the calling God has places on us.
